At Kristie Creates For You, each custom item is created specifically for you. Because our products are personalized and made-to-order, all custom and personalized sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on custom or personalized products once production has begun.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Personalized apparel

• Custom keepsakes

• Custom sports items

• Graduation products

• Memorial products

• Personalized gifts

• Signs, banners, fans, stoles, and similar products

• Digital/custom designs

• Any product created specifically using a customer's name, photos, colors, wording, size, or other requested details

Please carefully review all names, dates, spelling, sizes, colors, photos, and personalization information before submitting your order.

Customer-Provided Information

Kristie Creates For You is not responsible for errors resulting from information submitted incorrectly by the customer, including incorrect spelling, dates, names, sizes, addresses, photographs, or other personalization details.

If a proof is provided, it is the customer's responsibility to review the entire design carefully before approval. Once a proof has been approved, changes may not be possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

While custom orders are non-refundable, we want you to receive the item you ordered.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an error caused by Kristie Creates For You, please contact us within 3 days of delivery or pickup and provide clear photos of the item and packaging, if applicable.

After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement or correction at no additional cost when appropriate.

Minor variations in color, placement, sizing, or appearance that naturally occur with handmade/custom production or differences between digital screens and physical products are not considered defects.

Order Cancellations

Once materials have been purchased, design work has begun, or production has started, an order cannot be canceled or refunded.

If you need to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are not guaranteed and may result in additional fees.

Digital Products

All digital products, custom designs, templates, and downloadable files are final sale and non-refundable once purchased or delivered.
