Shipping & Order Fulfillment Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kristie Creates For You. Because many of our products are handmade, customized, and created specifically for each customer, processing times may vary depending on the product and order size.

Processing Times

Processing time begins after payment has been received and all required personalization information has been submitted.

If your order requires proof approval, production time may not begin until the proof has been approved.

Processing time does not include shipping or carrier transit time.

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee depending on our current workload and material availability.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Kristie Creates For You is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control are not the responsibility of Kristie Creates For You.

When tracking information is available, it will be provided to the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Kristie Creates For You is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier that are later reported missing or stolen.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier regarding missing packages and may also contact us so we can assist with available order information.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for select orders.

Customers will be notified when their order is ready. Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is complete.

Orders must be picked up within the timeframe communicated at completion. Extended storage or failure to pick up an order does not qualify the order for a refund.

Event Dates & Deadlines

If an item is needed for a birthday, graduation, funeral, sporting event, vacation, wedding, school event, or another specific date, customers are responsible for providing the correct event date when ordering.

We strongly recommend ordering well in advance.

Kristie Creates For You cannot guarantee delivery by an event date unless that deadline has been specifically accepted as part of the order.
