By purchasing from Kristie Creates For You, submitting an order, approving a design proof, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Custom Orders

Kristie Creates For You specializes in custom, personalized, and made-to-order products.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when ordering, including names, spelling, dates, sizes, colors, photographs, wording, addresses, and other personalization details.

We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

2. Payment

Payment must be received according to the terms provided at the time of ordering before production begins.

For orders requiring a deposit or retainer, production will not begin until the required payment has been received.

Any remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment terms before the completed order is released, shipped, or picked up.

3. Custom Orders Are Final Sale

Because customized products are created specifically for each customer, all custom and personalized orders are final sale.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be provided because of a change of mind, incorrect information supplied by the customer, ordering the wrong size, or no longer needing the product.

Exceptions may be made when Kristie Creates For You has made a verified production error or an item arrives damaged.

4. Proof Approval

When a digital proof is provided, customers are responsible for reviewing:

• Spelling

• Names

• Dates

• Photos

• Colors

• Wording

• Layout

• Personalization details

Approval means the customer accepts the design for production.

Changes requested after approval may result in additional design or production fees.

5. Turnaround Times

Turnaround times are estimates unless a specific completion date has been confirmed.

Turnaround time may be affected by order size, material availability, customer response time, proof approval, holidays, equipment issues, shipping delays, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Rush Orders

Rush service may be available depending on our workload and material availability.

Additional rush fees may apply. Payment of a rush fee covers expedited processing and does not guarantee the performance of third-party shipping carriers.

7. Photos & Image Quality

Customers are responsible for providing clear, high-quality images suitable for the requested product.

The final print quality may be affected by the resolution, lighting, cropping, or overall quality of customer-provided photographs.

Kristie Creates For You is not responsible for poor print quality caused by low-resolution or poor-quality customer-supplied images.

8. Handmade & Custom Product Variations

Because many products are handmade or individually produced, slight differences in placement, sizing, color, texture, or appearance may occur.

Colors displayed on phones, tablets, and computer screens may also differ slightly from the finished physical product.

These reasonable variations are not considered defects.

9. Customer-Supplied Items

If Kristie Creates For You agrees to customize an item supplied by the customer, the customer acknowledges that customization carries inherent production risks.

Any specific replacement or compensation terms for customer-supplied items should be agreed upon before production begins.

10. Intellectual Property & Customer-Provided Content

Customers confirm that they have the necessary rights or permission to provide any photographs, logos, artwork, names, or other materials submitted for use in their order.

Kristie Creates For You reserves the right to refuse any order or design request when appropriate.

11. Refusal of Service

Kristie Creates For You reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order before production when necessary, including situations involving abusive or threatening behavior, inappropriate requests, suspected fraud, unavailable materials, or requests we are unable to fulfill.

If Kristie Creates For You cancels an order before production for reasons unrelated to customer misconduct, any applicable payment for unperformed work will be handled appropriately.

12. Agreement to Policies

By placing an order, making payment, submitting personalization information, or approving a proof, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to the policies and terms of Kristie Creates For You.

These Terms of Service should be read together with our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping & Order Fulfillment Policy.
