If a design proof is included, it will be sent for approval before production begins. Once approved, no additional changes can be made. Because each item is custom made, all sales are final and payments are nonrefundable.

You will receive a high-resolution, print-ready digital file. No physical product will be mailed. You may print the file using the printing company of your choice.
HOW TO ORDER:
After selecting your preferred product option, provide the requested personalization information. Please check all names, dates, spelling, colors and checklist items carefully before submitting your order.
PROOF AND REVISIONS:
One digital proof and one revision are included. Additional revisions are $5 each. Changes requested after final approval may require a redesign fee.
TURNAROUND TIME:
Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for design and proof preparation. Printing time is additional and may vary. Rush service may be available for an additional fee.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
• Colors may appear slightly different when printed than they do on a phone or computer screen.
• Customer approval is required before the banner is printed.
