If a design proof is included, it will be sent for approval before production begins. Once approved, no additional changes can be made. Because each item is custom made, all sales are final and payments are nonrefundable.

Pricing is based on the number of customized panels, not the number of photos.
Photos will be arranged based on image quality, available design space, and what creates the best overall finished design.
📸 PHOTO REQUIREMENTS
For the best results, please upload clear, high-resolution photos.
Full body action photos and well lit portraits work especially well.
Please avoid screenshots, heavily cropped photos, blurry images, or photos downloaded from social media whenever possible, as these may affect print quality.
Not every submitted photo is guaranteed to appear in the final design. Photos will be selected and arranged based on quality and available space.

- Select the number of panels you would like customized.
- Enter the player’s name.
- Enter the jersey number.
- Enter the graduation year, if applicable.
- Enter the player’s position, if desired.
- Provide your team/school colors.
- Upload your photos.
- Add any special wording, quote, stats, achievements, or message you would like included.
Please double check all names, numbers, dates, and spelling before submitting your order.
🎨 DESIGN PROOF
A digital proof will be provided for approval before production.
Your order includes one reasonable design revision.
Additional revisions may be subject to a $10 design revision fee.
Once the final design has been approved and production has started, additional changes may not be possible.

For photos requiring extensive cleanup, restoration, reconstruction, or other advanced editing.

Each football is individually designed and made to order.
Current turnaround: 7-14 Business days
Turnaround begins after all required photos and personalization information have been received.

School, team, league, and other protected logos or trademarks will only be reproduced when appropriate authorization or licensing is available. Designs can also be created using your athlete’s photos, name, number, team colors, and original football-themed elements.
