After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email. Please make sure all names, dates, sizes, colors, and personalization details are correct before submitting your order.
If a design proof is included, it will be sent for approval before production begins. Once approved, no additional changes can be made. Because each item is custom made, all sales are final and payments are nonrefundable.

Review all information carefully before submitting your order.
A design proof will be sent for your approval before the shirt is printed. Production will not begin until the proof is approved. Once approved, no additional changes can be made.
PHOTO REQUIREMENTS
Please upload clear, original, high-resolution photos whenever possible. Full-body action shots and forward-facing portraits work best. Avoid screenshots, blurry photos, heavily cropped images, filters, or photos downloaded from social media, as these may affect the finished quality.
If a submitted photo cannot be used, you will be contacted and asked to provide a replacement.
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Processing time is approximately 7–10 business days after all required information and usable photos are received and the design proof is approved.
Shipping takes an additional 2–5 business days. Processing and shipping times do not include weekends or holidays. Please order early and provide the exact date of your Senior Night or event.
Rush service is subject to availability and may require an additional fee.

Because this product is designed and made specifically for you, all payments are nonrefundable and custom items cannot be returned or exchanged. If Kristie Creates makes an error, please contact us so we can make it right.

• Tumble dry on low or hang to dry.
